For our Client – one of world Leaders in production and distribution of food, industrial, medical and specialty gases, as well as related services, equipment and technologies – we are looking for a subcontractor to fulfill the Documentation Specialist vacancy.

Documentation Specialist

Miejsce pracy: Kraków

Your tasks will include:

Controlling over all aspects of project documentation, e.g. document numbering, identification data, quality & compliance
Controlling over documentation modifications & issuance during its whole lifecycle on multiple simultaneous projects
Utilizing Document Management System
Preparing, operating and updating of Document Control Procedures in line with the Company Standards & Projects requirements
Preparing templates used within the projects in line with the Company Standards
Maintaining registers of applicable documents for Projects
Collecting and distributing documentation to relevant people/organizations (internally & externally)
Contacting internal and external contacts for prompt resolution of routine tasks
Producing and maintaining documentation reports
Controlling, coordinating and supporting the work of the project team members in the Document Management System
Administrating, controlling and coordinating the projects settings and project team members roles via Admin platforms
Participating in and conducting project, (inter-)disciplinary, thematic meetings
Preparing and shipping of the Final & As-Built documentation

We require:

Basic experience in document management roles in EPC projects
General orientation in project execution
Basic understanding of Engineering / Procurement / Construction documents
Knowledge of Document Management Systems
Good working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, MS Office and Google Tools
Good English level – verbal and written
