About this opportunity


Welcome to the CM Operations, Domestic Reconciliation  team. We add value by performing reconciliation on Nordea’s internal accounts, monitoring cash flows and making sure that quarterly balance sheet reconciliation is performed with highest standard. As Junior Process Officer/Process Officer, you’ll play a valuable role by controlling possible breaks on accounts, investigating reasons of such discrepancies, reporting and supporting internal and external stakeholders in closing them.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Daily reconciliation of dedicated accounts,
  • Matching corresponding items,
  • Investigating reasons of discrepancies,
  • Reporting open transactions to responsible units for closing,
  • Preparing and analysing reports for internal stakeholders and auditors.  

You’ll join a team with positively thinking and engaged employees, willing to share expertise knowledge and support others. The role is based in Łódź.

To succeed in this role, we believe that you:

  • Know (or would like to know) banking settlements and payments rules and way off effecting transactions on international market,
  • Like working with Excel,
  • Are improvement oriented,
  • Possibly have experience working with SAP.

Your experience and background:  

  • No previous banking experience required,
  • Would like to develop your analytical skills,
  • You like working with numbers and detailed data,
  • Fluency in written and spoken English,
  • Graduated from University or higher education in progress is an asset,
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools,
  • Great communication skills,
  • Ability to solve problems,
  • Ambitious and possess a strong drive to continuously developing yourself.
